1. Donations made to support Elon Athletics to access football season parking must be directed to the Phoenix Club Annual Fund. Sport-specific and endowment-related gifts will not count toward the parking lot-based giving requirements

2. Access to parking is based on gifts or commitments made during the 2024-2025 Membership Year (June 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025). Gifts MUST be paid in full or be on a current recurring payment plan prior to Aug. 16. To set up a recurring payment plan, please contact the Phoenix Club.

3. Parking passes are $75 per pass

4. Phoenix Club members who give at a level of *$250 or more have access to purchase one (1) pass in the Global Neighborhood Lot

5. Phoenix Club members who give at a level of $500 or more have access to purchase one (1) pass in the Hunt A Lot

6. Phoenix Club members at the Elon Society Level ($1,500 or more) have access to purchase two (2) in either lot

*Phoenix Club members who give at this level also have access to purchase RV parking on a season basis located in the Hunt B lot for $250 per pass. If you would like to purchase an RV lot pass for the season, please contact the Phoenix Club at (336) 278-6781
