Join three Elon alumnae as they share life lessons on how they found their voice and propelled their careers. The discussion will be focused on women in leadership, examine the impact that female leaders can have on their organizations, and the impact that leadership roles can have on the women who hold them. This discussion will evaluate some of the developing initiatives aimed at getting women into their top leadership positions, and what has inspired them along their leadership journey. These three women will lead a riveting discussion about qualities that women leaders bring to the any professional industry. We will also have open and honest dialogue around topics such as work/life balance, flexibility, resilience, professional development, and mentorship within a top leadership position.
